Chip Evans has more than 15 years of experience as the Executive Pastor of Operations at Highview Baptist Church and CFO of Whitefield Academy, a K-12 Private Christian School. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as an engineer and owner of a commercial contracting company in Georgia. He has an MBA in Human Resources from Corban University and a Masters in Missiology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chip is married and has three grown children.

Joseph Merritt is the Business Administrator for Highview Baptist Church. He has also worked at Southern Seminary in Accounting and Payroll, where he has a Master of Divinity in Leadership. He also has a degree in Accounting and Economics from Jacksonville University and is from Jacksonville, Florida.

Dawn Denyes is a Kentucky-Licensed CPA with over 25 years of church and religious non-profit accounting and auditing experience. Dawn worked in public accounting for 8 years where she served as an audit manager for church and non-profit organization audits and reviews. Dawn has a Master of Arts in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as the staff CPA for Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky since 2008. Dawn and her husband, Jim currently live in Ocala, Florida, where she works remotely and serves on the women’s leadership team of her church.
